Three handles the blue crystal in this story, but a few stories later, returning it would cause him to regenerate.

In episode one in the scene where one of the characters is on the phone, you can see the arm of a crew member come into shot.

Nothing major springs to mind, but this one was quite heavy on the shakey sets, particularly in the mine.

All I've got to say is - yelling your head off in a mine?  OK, I know it did collapse eventually, but even the experienced miner was doing it.

Also, when the Brig ordered ten rounds rapid, the soldier only fired eight.

Considering half the cast is Welsh, they nearly always mispronounce Llanfairfach

Oh and whenever the Brig is puffing on his cigar he never exhales any smoke (though that could be to do with cutting, I suppose)
