It has been revealed by the BBC that a series of special shows will accompany The Sarah Jane Adventures on CBBC similar in vein to the Doctor Who Confidential episodes. The specials, which are called Sarah Jane's Alien Files, has been described as "the ultimate guide of everything you could possibly need to know when facing hostile aliens." and will feature the team recounting their adventures each week.
The first episode of Sarah Jane's Alien Files will follow part one of The Nightmare Man, at 5:45-6:20pm on CBBC.
