When Mike falls against the stairs in the last episode, the stairs move away from the wall.

If the descending Dalek ship shatters all the windows in the school, why hasn't the original ship caused the same mayhem?

Also, it's highly unlikely (though not impossible) that the two scientific advisors would both be female in 1963.  While there were plenty of excellent female scientists, they tended to be marginalised, and that would be doubly so where the military's concerned.

This is more of a continuity thing, but the size of the scrapyard and it's surrounding was much larger in AUC and there are houses where Barbaras car was parked.

Also, there was some odd edited where items like the bat for example, were switching between hands as though the image had been flipped.

When the Doctor and Ace go to the school during the first episode, a second camera comes into shot

It's not a mistake, but I always thought they missed a trick.  When the Headmaster thinks the Doctor's come for the caretaker job, he could refer to having just lost a couple of teachers too.

That sort of felt missing to me, too. It would have been awesome to have that tie-in but it felt completely washed over.

I've always loved Ace trying hard to keep a straight face, in episode 4, when she's yelling at Mike. She's supposed to be angry but you actually can see her smirking and looking like she might break into laughter, just before she dives out of frame.
