There are a couple of scenes where you can clearly see that it is PTs stunt double doing sequences as his face his quite visible

In the first episode you can see right into the TARDIS and see it's just a box

There was a lead attached to one of the guns. Maybe it was meant to be there, but it made it look as though it was plugged in.

The script (couldn't resist).

The Dulcian society really didn't make sense to me.  No society could achieve what it has with such a lack of initiative and decision-making.  I could believe the Thals as a pacifist society, but this just seemed like an anti-pacifist rant.

And the Dominators - what kind of warlike, universe-conquering race doesn't carry side-arms?
