For me it wasn't really until the last scene of Flesh and Stone where I started to dislike her. Where she pounced on the Doctor. With the reintroduction of Rory in the following episode came the worst sides to her character. From then on she was written awfully. They turned it around in the last series but even then she still had moments where she was really annoying. And don't get me started on the missing baby/lack of giving a toss. The writers really dropped the ball there.
