I thought mention should go to Liz 10 and Sophie Okonedo who played her. She was a great character and I love the way she was played as a sort of common queen. I'd love to see her again sometime.

I'm sort of torn. I like the character and I get the irony in it, but as the Queen it feels sort of wrong and a bit too unnatural.

I'm with this. She was played really well and was a good character as Liz, but as the queen it just felt a bit like Moff was trying too hard to make her ironic and funny.

I think the idea was really that what was going to be seen as "posh" in the far future would be different, but that would have been more effective if everyone else didn't have a BBC accent.  I love the character, though.

Yea, by that token she seemed the most common of the lot. The little girl sounded the poshest of the lot.

I thought she was great. A bit out there and a bit try-hard on Moffs part, but a good, fun character and Sophie Okonedo was excellent. I also loved her little appearance in The Big Bang. It would be great if we saw her again, for sure.

Ooooh, I really really like Liz 10 and Sophie O. She has a vulnerable magnetism and yet a dignity that really drew me in... Or was it something else... Anyhoo, suffice to say I would love to see her again!

I'd be up for seeing her again. I think she would make quite a good ally to the Doctor. Maybe even a sequel story where Starship UK lands on some hostile world or something.

I thought she was fun. As a character she was for me, one of the most watchable aspects of the story.

I'd agree with this. Her accent bothered me a little. It felt sort of wrong, but in a way I suppose that was why it worked. Great character though.
