My absolute favourite aspect of this story is the stuff with Arak and Etta. They are basically us, sitting and watching the action, moaning about it but never turning over, choosing their favourites, making their votes and bickering amongst themselves. I've always wondered if they were meant as a cheeky dig at the audience, totally removed from the action but having their say as though they have some sort of control over what they are seeing (very much sounds like fandom). Their scenes go from funny to serious and back again and both are played so well. Watching it these days makes it seem even more like they are the casual viewer, especially in the age of Big Brother and I'm a Celeb, etc. Brilliant stuff.

I remember the first time I watched this story it kept flipping to scenes with this pair and I kept wondering when they were going to get in on the action. It was only once it was done that I realised their point in the story and then I loved it. It was a random inclusion but it really worked well.

I think they are brilliant. Definately the best part of the story for me. They are like some sort of Greek Chorus and their inclusion really helps move the story along. Great bit of writing there.

There were brilliant. One of the best parts of the story by far. Such an odd addon to the story, but their scenes were great and worked really well.

I really enjoyed their scenes. At first I kept expecting them to join in with the events but by the end of it I was glad that they never did. Having them there just commenting on everything was a great addition to the story.

I wasn't keen on it. Some of their lines were quite funny but every time we went back to them I kept waiting to get back to the action. By the end I was like 'either join in or bugger off', but they just stayed where they were. I got the point of them, I just wasn't keen on them.

I didn't find them particularly funny. A lot of the time I just thought they distracted from the main story and took us out of the action.
