Season 13 of Doctor Who began in August of 1975 and ran through to March of 1976. The season contained six stories made up of 26 episodes and marked the departure of companion Harry Sullivan as well as the last appearance of Sergeant Benton after 6 years in a recurring capacity.
Which is your favourite?

The Android invasion is a bit of a clunker but the rest of this season is excellent and the one I like most would probably change from watch to watch. Based on which one I would reach for to watch right now if I could only go for one then I choose Pyramids.

Terror of the Zygons is one of my all time favourites, so that gets my vote.

At least four of these would have won most series, and even The Android Invasion is pretty good for the worst in the series, but I've gone for Pyramids of Mars

Wow - no wonder the Hinchcliffe/Holmes era is so venerated in Fandom - most seasons would be happy with one of these stories in it. There is literally not one weak link.
In the end I've gone for Terror of the Zygons for the Doctor's highland costume and the last 'proper' UNIT story
