There is a scene where the TARDIS is meant to be on the Axon ship, but you can also see it in the background of the lab when the Axons are attacking the Brig and everyone else.

I think it was a mistake (and one Baker & Martin repeated in a way in The Hand of Fear) to show the Axons in their monstrous form right at the start, instead of letting us wonder if we should trust them and gradually learning not to.

On some longs shots of the TARDIS (I assume where they use models) you can see the round sticker, but on close ups of it it's not there.

For the longest time I thought there was an issue with bluescreen behind one of the cars, but then it turned out it was just a really blue sky. Sure does look fake though.

I'd always thought that too. It seems to change shades a lot, but I later found out that it was from multiple takes.
