Its such a small thing but it's this kind of mistake that really bugs me. Shows do it all the time and its always so glaringly obvious |

This isn't a mistake but the whole thing with the tie at the beginning and end of the story could have been written so much better. Perhaps it's just me but it doesn't make any sense.
