Do we know if there is Ice Warriors in this? Weren't they going to release a new Ice Warrior book?

Do we know if there is Ice Warriors in this? Weren't they going to release a new Ice Warrior book?
I don't know if they are in this one but they have released on featuring them a few months back. They were on the cover. Can't remember the name of it though. Something to do with stars. |

I hinted my socks off to anyone who would listen and got this for Christmas. Twice. I've not started it yet but based on reviews I have read I am going to really enjoy it.
