If you spotted any mistakes, errors or inconsistencies within The Waters Of Mars then this is where you can note them down and share them with the forum

With no atmosphere, surely nothing could explode on Mars. I will probably stand corrected later, but it seems to make sense to me now.

Mars does have an atmosphere, but it's fairly thin and unbreathable. On the other hand, as far as I can recall, it doesn't have any free oxygen, which would be needed for an explosion. However, a) the oxygen inside the base would probably be enough to fuel the explosion, and b) a nuclear explosion could probably take place without oxygen.

Water, water everywhere, but water outside on Mars would freeze and yet it's on the roof and leaking in.

One of the character pages that flashes up says there is a team of seven, but there are nine people working the base.

There was a couple of errors on there. Adelaides granddaughters page listed Adelaides crew as her own. If that makes sense.

Maybe the heat from the base kept it from freezing? Or maybe the Flood has a way of keeping itself in liquid form despite the cold?

In one of the scenes where Maggie is holed up in some of the long shots she has 'Flood mouth' before she's actually turned and then in closeups its gone.
