It's a bit of a bugbear of mine, but if these people are all from a distant planet, how come they have names like Astrid, Alonso and Mr Copper?

Future humankind holding on to Earth names? We still use names that are thousands of years old. |

Future humankind holding on to Earth names? We still use names that are thousands of years old. There's no suggestion that they'd travelled back in time, or that Earth is the ancestral home. |
