He was a cool guy. I wouldn't be bothered about seeing him again but he served his purpose in the story and was a good character.

He was awesome, but I think that all the supporting characters were. We were given some awesome characters in this. Astrid, Mr Copper, Foon, Alonso, Wilf etc. That's an awesome lineup.

I agree with TS. We had an absolutely cracking guest cast.

Yea I'm with TS too. I don't think we had any duff characters in this story, and there were quite a lot of them sharing screentime so it would have been easy for some of them to get lost or fall into the background. It's just a shame there was such a high hitrate with the good characters.

I think we had a good guest cast but I think thats something the show has always been good at providing. Even in the early years where a lot of characters, even the regulars, were sidelined we were still given some brilliant supporting characters and I think in NuWho we have been given even more. Perhaps not as many in one story as this, but I would say that about 90% of the stories of the last few years have had at least one stand out character. Moff in particular is very good at making the guest stars stand out.

Foon was my favourite. I felt really sorry for her and her hubs.

I think Foon was my favourite too but I did like the silliness of Mr Copper and how brave Bannakaffalatta was. They were all great characters.

This. This for all the characters actually. I never saw the point of bringing Alonso back in TEOT to be honest.
