I've no idea why some were never recorded. The average AI for the season though was 55 so I don't think it would have gone too far from that for these episodes. You never know though.

That's not as high as I'd have imagined. I know they were generally lower back then but I'd have at least expected an average in the low 60s

I'd say the AIs were fair when compared to the rest of what the classics were getting.
