In terms of inconsistencies I think Donna's memory wipe is a huge one. Her head was supposed to explode, not give out energy and make her faint.

When the Doctor is listening to the drum beat in the Masters head he leaves a dirty thumb print on his face. As an extra bit of continuity when the shot cuts back it's disappeared.

Something I forgot yesterday.  When Wilf's telling the Doctor about Donna giving him the book, he says it was "this morning" but it was actually just before the Queen's Speech.
