Yesterday I went shopping in Cardiff and in the shopping centre they had people from the airport there doing a competition where you had to pack a suitcase in the fastest time, adding 26 items to it in alphabetical order. I had a go for a laugh and then went off to do some shopping. Anyway, I had a call at 9 this morning to tell me that I won because I did it in the fastest time and that I'm going to Tokyo all expenses paid Tokyo was my choice. I could have chosen Jo-berg, Rio, San Fran or Sydney also. I also won £10 on a sratch card yesterday. Was obviously a lucky day |

I know. So exciting. I've never been before so I can't wait. I can go any time within the next 12 months. And to top it off, I just had to run out to pick my cousin up from town, so I decided to drop into Tesco to pick a few bits up for the flat and some guy getting stuff on the next till handed me a voucher for ten pound off my shopping because it expires today and he didn't need it. The lucky streak continues. I so should have played the lottery last night  |

Texts from one of my best friends (from sixth form) for the first time in ages! She goes to uni not far from me and we're discussing how cold/snowy uni has been  Really really hope I can meet up with her this year cause she's only an hour away on the train |
