When the Doctor vacuums through the lounge, you can see Karen's mic pack in her back pocket.

In the segment with The Apprentice, I don't get why Alan Sugar would expect his team to go out and sell cubes when they were just lying around on the floor for anyone to take

There is a scene in the Tower where they cut to a long shot looking down on the Doctor, Kate and Amy and on the far wall you can see a Welsh flag.

Also, how come after being dead for so long did everyone get up and be ok? Surely even if they were revived they would be brain dead?

And why did nobody notice a creepy girl sitting at the hospital alone for a whole year, never changing her clothes?

When the cubes were counting down there was a scene where there was a load of them in shot around some cuttlery. All of them said 2 except for one which had 3 on it.

A common error, but one of my pet hates - a dimension isn't a place you can be in - it's a direction, like backwards/forwards, left/right, up/down, past/future etc.

Far too many mistakes and plotholes in this too list them all, but this episode was either really poorly written or really poorly edited. Or both. It's shocking that so much slipped through without anyone picking up on it all.
