Brian should have been aware of the Doctor from the wedding. Perhaps he didn't attend, but surely someone would have mentioned the events to him.

Nefertiti said Amenhotep II was her husband but it was Amenhotep IV

As a keen golfer, I'd just like to say that if Brians balls really bounce that much then he is in for a shocking game!

Why couldn't the missiles be stopped when the danger was over?  What kind of crap missile system doesn't have a self-destruct?

Indira didn't seem particularly like she wanted to stop them in any case.

The TARDIS in the postcard from Siluria was the wrong model.

How can Amy, Riddell and Nefertiti all walk into a room and stand on both sides of a T-Rex and not one person even notice?

I was thinking, in spite of the speech the Doctor made last season about taking Amy and Rory home while they were still alive and breathing, he sure was quick to scoop them up without so much as a "how about just one last adventure?" and whisk them off into unknown danger.  How they all ended up in the same place last week made sense, but this was just so out of character and inconsistent with leaving them home where they're safe.

That's exactly what I was thinking. From the way they entered the room Riddell would have had to step over it to get into his position
