Now and then, every once in a very long while, every day in a million days, when the wind stands fair and The Doctor comes to call, everybody lives.

Here is the official synopsis for this story.
The Time Lord comes across an unmanned spaceship hurtling toward certain destruction, and it seems only he can save the vessel and its surprising cargo of dinosaurs. He is joined by a ragtag gang of adventurers including a big-game hunter and an Egyptian queen - but little do they know there is someone else on board who will stop at nothing to capture the precious, prehistoric creatures.

I'm so excited for this episode. The girls aren't over tonight so the curtains are drawn, the snacks are down the side of the sofa, the Pepsi is poured and I am contemplating Dominos to be delivered in time for when it finishes. The phone is also off and the door is locked. I think I am set now. Not watched an ep on my own for so long. I hope it's not too scary

I'm giving it a 4/5. There were a couple too many **** jokes and it felt like it began to drag slightly in the middle but that quickly righted itself. The script was quite funny and there were a few lol moments. I liked Nefertiti a lot and Brian too, but the robots were annoying.

I have given this 5/5 because it was an amazing romp and a great piece of Doctor Who. As with Asylum, it had that epic feel (could easily have been the same length again). It was a great story (IMHO easily Chibnall's best episode by miles) and solid characters. I thought visually the whole thing was a feast - the effects were sensational and it had a lovely 'complete' feel (with a distinct beginning, middle and end). My only problem is that decision of the Doctor at the end. I'm so conflicted about what it does to the character of the Doctor that I set a poll up so you can decide how I feel for me. I nearly had to take a mark off for this because it is such a big issue for the central character... but in the end, it was such a good story that I relented Generally, this season is shaping up brilliantly. Although I loved the scope of series 6, it is nice not to have a plot arc rammed down our throats at every juncture

I accidently gave it a 5 instead of a 4. Can that be changed?

I'm giving it a four. Mostly I loved it but I felt myself groaning at some of the jokes and that thing at the end with the Doctor killing whatshisface, not great. Other than that another strong story that I will enjoy on rewatch.

I thought this was great. I watched my first ever episode last week and I have very little to compare these stories to but so far I have not been disappointed. Again, there were a couple of things that were lost on me but not enough so that I didn't understand what was going on. I've given it full marks.

My second watch of the story re-affirms my mark. Holds up really well and some of the humour doesn't grate quite so much as it did the first time. Chibnall has served us up a treat and really got the party started.
I don't want to sound too hyperbolic but this has the makings of a classic series

I gave it a four. It was great fun, but my main reason for taking the point off was some of it seemed a bit random. Then again, I gave Asylum four as a first reaction, but I'd give it five now, so maybe this will be the same.

I was initially a bit hesitant but in the end I went with a 5. A couple of things niggled at me about it and I don't think it was as good as last week but it was still a fun old adventure in space. And we haven't had an earth set story for two weeks. Got to love that.

Gave it a four, excellent plot and I loved all the little moments, but it just lacked the "perfect" feel. On the other hand, the re-watch made it seem a lot better
