I watched, even though I couldn't post. I still didn't hear the Master's theme, but I don't tend to concentrate on the music.
One thing I noticed was that the point where the Doctor really lost it and dragged Jex outside was when he suggested the Doctor wouldn't have had the guts to do what was necessary in war-time. It's seemed as if the Eleventh Doctor's pretty much got over the Time War, but that really seemed to hit a raw nerve.

The narrator was hardly used. It's a shame, I like her voice.
Isn't she the woman from the Saloon? Judging by the end, she's a present-day granddaughter of the little girl. |
