Doctor Who has now had six stories set wholly or mainly in the US (not counting short scenes, and definitely not counting New New York Cool).  Which is your favourite (or should I say favorite)?

I was tempted by Dalek and ATCM, but I've gone with TIA/DOTM

TIA/DOTM.

I can't believe how little of the classics were set in the US. I thought it would have been lots more.

There were brief scenes (about half an episode each) in The Chase (Empire State Building) and The Daleks Master Plan (Hollywood in the silent era), but those aren't really enough to count.  There's also The Aztecs, which is set south of the border, down Mexico way.
