I take it you mean one off characters? ClassicDW I always had a real fondness for Professor Lightfoot and Henry Jago from the Talons of Weng Chiang. I was not at all surprised that Big Finish decided to give them a series of their own! Other one-off characters that have really grabbed me from the New incarnation was Simon Callow's Charles Dickens. I thought there could be many more different adventures with him

yeah, I mean any character from any episode Yeah I agree that Dickens was a great character to do, I really liked how they portrayed him! I must say too that I liked Shakespeare & Van Gogh... maybe it's just me and historical figures, but they seem to play them really well in Doctor Who!

Ive moved this into here from the Appreciation Forum as it was getting lost amongst the individual threads and looked a little out of place

King Yrcanos from Trial Of A Timelord. Appalling story but a brilliant performance from Brian Blessed, who seemed to spend his entire time locked in a truly spectacular overacting contest with Colin Baker. Glorious stuff - just a shame about the rest of that series!

Aside from the 11th Doctor, I would have to say River Song.

I have to be boring a choose Rose. She was the reason I fell in love with Doctor Who and I will be forever thankful for that.

Ah, Rose! Awesome in Series 1. Total snoozefest, ruined character bore in series 2.

This is a bit of an obscure one but I have the VHS of Shada with Tom Baker doing the linking narration. Professor Chronotis was a fabulous character - such a shame we never got to see the complete work

Eleven! but apart from him, Donna! She's just brilliant in ever way! She never let me down once! She was so funny and witty, and had the most brilliant chemistry with Ten. They way she wasn't falling all over him was great too. <3 I miss Donna. I recon her and Eleven would be bloody fantastic! I don't think I'd ever stop laughing!
