Using the same voting system as for the individual episodes, how would you rate the first half of Series 7 so far?

I was soooo tempted to give it full marks and call it absolutely amazing but I think that episodes 2 and 4 had a couple more plot holes and weaker stories than I would usually allow before marking down. I didn't dislike those episodes, I just found them considerably weaker. For that reason I have given the first half of the series an overall mark of 4/5

I have absolutely loved this season of mini-epics. I loved the scope and ambition of series 6, but series 7 - with its stand alone "epics" has been an absolute triumph. There was no great season arc, no great hidden mystery - the lights flickering, the angry Doctor - left unexplained and unresolved. Maybe we will get payoff in the future or maybe we won't. It doesn't really matter. Every week we were treated to a thrilling, entertaining, rip-roaring roller coaster. Any lingering doubts about production values and wobbly sets have surely been smashed like a Dalek Asylum. The music was (in three episodes at least) wholly memorable and it is great to see Murray Gold at his best. The Mill produced some of their most dazzling work (with particularly honourable mentions going to DOAS and AOTD). Whilst in ATCM we were treated to some wonderful location work. But for me, the towering triumph of Series 7 has been the performances of the three leading actors and the wonderful writing that has allowed them to develop. Moffat has produced some challenging stories (I'll admit, it took me a while to get used to it. I certainly wasn't a fan of Amy Pond until series 6 got well underway) but he has produced work which, in my opinion, will come to be regarded as a golden age of Doctor Who. I went with 5/5 - but only because there wasn't the option for 6/5

I quite liked episode 1, didn't like episodes 2 and 3, and I loved episodes 4 and 5, so I guess that would make it 3/5. However the last two episodes boot it up to a 4/5 from me. I wouldn't say it was the strongest start to a series, but I also don't think it was the worst!

1,3 & 5 were awesome, 2 was fun, 4 was a mixture of great bits and some poorly judged storytelling. I'd probably give it 4.5, but I've marked it up rather than down, so I've given it 5.

A five from me WHile it's true there was some plot holes and slightly off moments, I've still enjoyed every episode immensely

I went with 4. If I hadn't disliked the 2nd episode so much it would have been a 5.

I have gone with a 4. I've enjoyed this season a good deal. Haven't loved any of it though.

I've scored it a 4. TPO3 was dire and Dinosaurs was only OK, but the rest was amazing.

I've given it a five, though it's at the lower end of the scale because I think TPO3 is quite weak, however the awesome stuff is awesome enough for me to not want to drop a point off it.

Full marks from me. I've really liked all the episodes and think this is perhaps been the strongest start to a series we've had yet.
