Eccleston, McGann and Pertwee all still had a lot of mileage in them I think. I think others stayed for just the right amount of time or outstayed their welcome. That said though, McCoy was just getting into stride when he was cut short and I think we would have seen even more awesomeness from him had he had longer. I think Colin Baker deserved better stories but based on what we were getting from the writers at that point he went at the right time. Had he had better stories I'd have liked to have seen more of him.
