Last episode was a bit depressing, in that
they broke up literally EVERY couple on the show...
I've been quite enjoying it. The last episode was good, but the drama was watered down when they all started singing Don't Speak. I know it's a singing show, but sometimes breaking out into song doesn't work.

I've officially given up now. The episodes were ok but nothing was making me want to come back other than the regularity of tuning in. I forgot to watch a couple and have just not bothered going back to it. Judging by the ratings about 6 million people have had the same idea. It's tanking

Yep, definitely tanking. I wish I'd quit at the end of S2/S3 when I said I would but for some reason I keep coming back, even though I don't enjoy it much. I think it's for the hope that I might find one song that really takes my liking.

I've finally given up on this. It used to be so awesome but I got about 5 episodes into the last season and gave up. I can't imagine I will be tuning in again now.

I gave up ages ago. I'll be keeping an eye out to see how they handle what happened to Cory Monteith though - they've got to explain Finn's absence somehow, but it's got to be handled with care I think.

I gave up a few episodes into S4 at last as well. Such a shame as S1 was so good. I didn't really like any of the new kids.

I think this is what I will tune back in for. Morbid as it sounds.

In regards to Cory Montieth, I have just read that his death will be addressed in the third episode and that
his character will also be killed off
. Apparently Lea Michele helped map out the story with the writing team.

Also
Will and Emma
won't be returning after this season. I really don't like the former but the later was cool. Not that I've watched since half way through S3.

Adam Lambert has also signed on as a recurring character.

I don't understand what is going on with this show. It was so good and funny and then it was awful. It doesn't make sense. I will get around to watching it again, but I'm in no rush. And I'll be happy to see the back of
Will
Me too! He's so annoying and one of the reasons I was being put off the show. I also didn't take to the new characters. I will tune in to see what they do about Finn, but I think I am pretty much done with the show now. I've got no real drive to watch S4, but I feel like I should out of loyalty. I managed 4 episodes before I gave up.

I don't get what happened. I've never known a show go from must watch to unwatchable so quickly.

Hmm I've been trying to think of other shows, but I think you're right. It really did happen ridiculously quickly.

The only other show I can think is OUAT, but that has had a slower slide and is still watchable, but needs to improve in S3 to keep me watching.

I read over the weekend that they were planning to write Finn out in the same way he died in real life but have now decided to do something different. Seems a bit insensitive to me.
