I love Blink. I don't think it's the best story of the run or even of it's season, but I do think it's awesome all the same. It would have been higher up my list. Top 20 at least.

37Rise of the Cybermen/The Age of Steel The Tenth Doctor 13th & 20th May 2006 Series 2 was were I joined Doctor Who and therefore this was the first of the "classic monsters" I properly came across. Of course I knew of the Daleks but I had no idea about the cybermen and I genuinely (at the age of 12 (when this first aired)) was terrified of these huge metal men. I love the stuff with Rose's mum and dad (even though at the time I didn't know about her dad) and the whole parallel universe idea was brilliant. And I loved Mickey being part of the team. I think this is a very strong episode and one of the strongest of series 2 (which I really love, yet I know lots of people don't like as much). What did you think? Where would this be on your list?

I enjoy this two parter, although I probably would have placed it lower.
I remember really enjoying it at the time and going to discuss with my friend (while playing tennis) how they were going to get out of their jam at the end of part one. On rewatch I enjoy it far less, but it's still decent viewing! A good intro for the Cybermen

If I look at it as a story that's new, sort of like as it is reviewed, I think it can be quite enjoyable, if not a bit weak in parts. But watching it as a fan of the classic series and seeing these stompy, 'delete' shouting metal men with tiny heads, I'm not quite as keen. It's not dreadful, but it's one of my least favourite Cybermen stories.

I quite like it and I think it reintroduced the Cybermen in a cool way that didn't confuse anyone who didn't have knowledge of all of their history, but for me it isn't the strongest of their stories.

I'm not keen on this story. The Cybermen are great and there have been some great stories with then since the show returned, but this for me wasn't one of them.

I like it, but I don't like what they did with the Cybermen and how they brought them back. Ignoring that though, I think it's a pretty good story.

I think this one is ok, but it's just a mediocre story in what I think is generally a poor season of the show.

I agree that season 2 is poor, but I think this story is pretty cool

3642 The Tenth Doctor 19th May 2007 Like I've said before I'm really not a huge fan of series 3, but this is one of the only ones I will watch again. I like to whole idea behind the story and I think it's filmed really well. What did you think? Where would this be on your list?

This should totally be one of your underrated stories. People overlook this story all the time but it's excellent. I love it. It would have been higher on my list for sure.

I don't think this would have made my list. There's nothing about it which particularly stands out for me, and I get quite bored on rewatches.

I love 42. I think it's a hidden gem in the series and is largely forgotten, but is always fun to rewatch.

42 is a great story and would definitely be higher on my list. It's not the strongest story in the world but it's a lot of fun and I always enjoy a rewatch.
