Now and then, every once in a very long while, every day in a million days, when the wind stands fair and The Doctor comes to call, everybody lives.

Tegan fluffs a line. When she is in the console room and flips the switch thinking its an intercom she says 'My neeg... my name is Tegan Jovanka'

Although I haven't finished the watch yet, one thing that only occurred to me this time around is that, if the average police officer found two tiny, inert figures in the back of a car, wouldn't his first thought be that they're lifelike dolls, rather than that they've been murdered and somehow shrunk?

It's absurd enough that they plan to flood the TARDIS out in order to get to the MASTER and make him come out of hiding, but to think that the Doctor could hold back the oncoming flood with nothing more than his own strength is just silly. Especially as it would essentially probably empty the Thames. That's a lot of water pressure.

When the TARDIS lands in episode one, it's beside a rubbish bin, but the sign on the bin says 'Take your rubbish home', which is a bit daft.

The Doctor has a flashback of the Master in The Deadly Assassin saying 'Predictable as ever, Doctor', but the Doctor wasn't there for that scene so can't possibly remember it.

The 'public use' sign is missing from the shrunken TARDIS and then reappears later.

The bracelet breaks as The Master puts it onto Nyssa's wrist.
