So many episodes, so many great speeches. These are just a handful of my favourites. Put yours in here too Smiley

When you're a kid, they tell you it's all... grow up. Get a job. Get married. Get a house. Have a kid, and that's it. But the truth is, the world is so much stranger than that. It's so much darker. And so much madder. And so much better. Turns out I've had the most terrible things happen. And the most brilliant things. And sometimes, well, I can't tell the difference. They're all the same thing. They're... they're just me. You know, Stephen King said once, he said, "salvation and damnation are the same thing." And I never knew what he meant. But I do now.
 - Elton Pope, Love & Monsters

I just want you know there are worlds out there safe in the sky because of her. And there are people living in the light and singing songs of Donna Noble a thousand million light years away. They will never forget her. While she can never remember. But for one moment, one shining moment, she was the most important woman in the whole wide universe.
 - Ten, Journeys End

What do you need? Just say it! Tell me, tell me, tell me! Painkillers! D'you need aspirin? Codeine? Paracetamol? Oh, I dunno, Pepto-Bismol? Liquid paraffin? Vitamin C, vitamin D, vitamin E? Is it food? Something simple? Bowl of soup? Nice bowl of soup? Soup and a sandwich? Bowl of soup and a nice ham sandwich?
 - Jackie Tyler, The Christmas Invasion

Donna: I can't understand you! How many words? One! One word! Shake, milk-shake, milk! Milk! No? Not milk! Um, shake, shake, shake! Cocktail shake! What, d'you want a Harvey Wallbanger?
Ten: Harvey Wallbanger?
Donna: Well, I don't know!
Ten: How is Harvey Wallbanger one word? Salt! I was miming salt! I need salt! I need something salty!
Donna: What about this?
Ten: What is it?
Donna: Salt!
Ten: That's too salty!
Donna: Oh, that's too salty!

 - Ten and Donna, The Unicorn and The Wasp

I looked into the TARDIS and the TARDIS looked into me. I am the Bad Wolf. I create myself. I take the words and I scatter them, in time and space. A message, to lead myself here. I want you safe, my Doctor. Protected from the false God. I can see the whole of time and space, every single atom of your existence, and I divide them. Everything must come to dust. All things, everything dies.
 - Rosey Tyler, The Parting Of The Ways

Amy: Put these on. Both of you.
Rory: Oh. A poncho. The biggest crime against fashion since lederhosen.
Amy: Ah. Here we go. Ah, my boys, my poncho boys. If we're going to die, let's die looking like a Peruvian folk band

 - Amy & Rory, Amy's Choice

They are some of my favourites. Great thread idea. I shall add these:

Time Lords have this little trick, it's sort of a way of cheating death, except, it means I'm gonna change. And I'm not gonna see you again, not like this, not with this daft old face. And before I go... Rose, before I go I just wanna tell you - you were fantastic... absolutely fantastic... and d'you know what? So was I.
 - Ninth Doctor, The Parting Of The Ways

Harriet Jones: Harriet Jones, former Prime Minister.
Dalek: Yes, we know who you are.

 - Harriet Jones, The Stolen Earth

You can't just leave them! You've got to go back! Doctor, I am telling you, take this thing back! It's not fair. Your own planet, it burned. Just someone. Please.
 - Donna, The Fires of Pompeii

Jackie: How old are you, then? Forty? Forty five? What, did you find her on the Internet? Did you go online and pretend you're a doctor?
The Doctor: I am a doctor!
Jackie: Prove it! Stitch this, mate!

 - Jackie & Nine, Aliens Of London

Ok mine:

The Doctor: If they live because of this, then life is worthless.
Novice Hame: But who are you to decide that?
The Doctor: I'm The Doctor. And if you don't like it, if you want to take it to a higher authority: there isn't one. It stops with me.

- Ten & Novice Hame, New Earth

Doctor: (Shouting through a loudspeaker) Come on, look at me! No plan, no back up, no weapons worth a damn, oh, and something else I don't have, anything to lose! So, if you're sitting up there in your silly little space ships with all your silly little guns, and you've got any plans on taking the Pandorica tonight, just remember who's standing in your way! Remember every black day I ever stopped you, and then, and then, do the smart thing! (pause) Let somebody else try first.
- Eleven, The Pandorica Opens

I'll be back with more at some point but these were the first 2 that came to mind  Cheesy

There's no point being grown up if you can't be childish sometimes.
The Doctor, Robot

I am a citizen of the universe, and a gentleman to boot!
The Doctor - The Daleks Master Plan

That is the dematerializing control. And that, over yonder, is the horizontal hold. Up there is the scanner, those are the doors, that is a chair with a panda on it. Sheer poetry, dear boy! Now please stop bothering me.
The Doctor, The Time Meddler

Nussink in ze vorld can shtop me now!!!
Zaroff, The Underwater Menace

The Doctor: You look very nice in that dress, Victoria.
Victoria: Thank you. Don't you think it's a bit...
The Doctor: A bit short? Oh, I shouldn't worry about that. Look at Jamie's.

Tomb Of The Cybermen

Davros: We shall become all-
The Doctor: Powerful! Crush the lesser races! Conquer the galaxy! UNIMAGINABLE POWER! UNLIMITED RICE PUDDING! Etcetera! Etcetera!

Remembrance Of The Daleks

All over the world fools are poised, ready to let death fly. Machines of death, Morgaine, screaming from above. Light brighter than the sun. Not a war between armies, nor a war between nations, but just death. Death gone mad! A child looks up into the sky, his eyes turn to cinders. No more tears, only ashes. Is this Honour? Is this War? Are these the weapons you would use?
The Doctor, Battlefield

The Master: Nobody could be more devoted to the cause of peace than I! As a commissioner of Earth's Interplanetary Police, I have devoted my life to the cause of law and order; And law and order can only exist in a time of peace.
The Doctor: Are you feeling alright, old chap?

Frontier In Space

The Doctor: Davros, if you had created a virus in your laboratory, something contagious and infectious that killed on contact, a virus that would destroy all other forms of life; would you allow its use?
Davros: It is an interesting conjecture.
The Doctor: Would you do it?
Davros: The only living thing... The microscopic organism... reigning supreme... A fascinating idea.
The Doctor: But would you do it?
Davros: Yes; yes. To hold in my hand, a capsule that contained such power. To know that life and death on such a scale was my choice. To know that the tiny pressure on my thumb, enough to break the glass, would end everything. Yes! I would do it! That power would set me up above the gods! And through the Daleks I shall have that power!

Dame Roger, your quote from the Time Meddler is one of my favourites of all time. Always makes me laugh because it sounds like he is telling Steven to stop buggering him Tongue Yes I am that childish Cheesy

I'm Perpugilliam Brown, and I can shout as loud as you can!
 - Peri to The Master, Planet of Fire

Jenkins, chap with wings there, five rounds rapid
 - The Brig, The Deamons

No, I mean it. I would rather die. It's better to die than to live like you - a bitchy trampoline
 - Rose Tyler, The End Of The World

Would you mind not standing on my chest? My hat's on fire

Do you wanna come with me? 'Cause if you do then I should warn you, you're gonna see all sorts of things. Ghosts from the past; Aliens from the future; the day the Earth died in a ball of flame; It won't be quiet, it won't be safe, and it won't be calm. But I'll tell you what it will be: the trip of a lifetime.

Just one quote for now. And I'm sure Sigryn will share my opinion of this quote

One day I shall come back. Yes, I shall come back. Until then, there must be no regrets, no tears, no anxieties. Just go forward in all your beliefs and prove to me that I am not mistaken in mine.
Doctor, The Five Doctors

The first time I heard this, it sent chills down my spine. Now it's become one of my favorites

I'll probably add more as I think of them, but that's about it for now

Posted on behalf of Sigryn

Doctor: But that means... blood control! Blood control! Aw! I haven't seen blood control for years! You're controlling all the A positives. Which leaves us with a great big stinking problem. Because I really don't know who I am. I don't know when to stop. So if I see a great big threatening button which should never ever ever be pressed, I just want to do this—

Yvonne: Well if that's Rose Tyler, who's she?
Jackie: I'm her mother.
Yvonne: Oh, you travel with her mother?
Jackie: He kidnapped me.
The Doctor: Please, when Torchwood comes to write my complete history, don't tell people I traveled through time and space with her mother.
