I remember going through all this myself about 2 years or so ago. It's fun. I've come a long way since then though and have built up a huge collection of classic DVDs too.

The episodes you've mentioned I think you have been pretty spot on in your reviews. The Slitheen are dreadful, but you haven't seen the last of them. The Unquiet Dead and Dalek are both brilliant, but I love The End of the World, too.
