I'm so excited for this it's unreal! The casting choices seem brilliant and from what I know of the plot (which is very little), I think it is going to excellent. I don't even care that Gatiss wrote it.
I was actually thinking the same thing. Generally I don't like his DW offerings, but I've a feeling he is going to totally nail this! |

I'm not a big fan of his writings, but I have a feeling that I am going to really enjoy this and despite always dreading when one of his DW episodes comes around, I'm really looking forward to this |

Apparently the cast has re-filmed scenes from Marco Polo and The Tenth Planet for inclusion in this. I'm guessing it will be set scenes and we will see them being filmed, rather than filming clips for inserts, but I am not certain.

I can understand Tenth Planet, but MP might be a bit hard to go on based on the fact we have no clips. They also filmed them filming scenes from Dalek Invasion of Earth on London (or one of the others) Bridge, so that will be in there too. |

Right now, with so little known about the anniversary special, I think I'm actually more excited about this. I can't wait to see it. I just wish they'd give us a trailer or something. Feels like we've been waiting forever.
