Comparing this weeks story to the first of last weeks stories, is
The Three Doctors
Better or worse than
Fear Her
|
Now and then, every once in a very long while, every day in a million days, when the wind stands fair and The Doctor comes to call, everybody lives.

Awwww. I'm one of those rare fans that doesn't hate Fear Her. There are actually some elements of Fear Her that I like quite a bit and, having dealt with troubled children, have a deeper appreciation than some viewers for both the child and the mom in the story. These two stories don't compare well to me. I really wouldn't rate one as "better" than the other. Depending on what you're looking for in a story you might find one more appealing than the other. Gee. If I had to pick, I think I'll have to be the odd fan out and take Fear Her--if, for no other reason, while I love Pat and Jon (and enjoy Billy), I'd rather watch David.
