In the distant future, Earth faces a new Ice Age. While a dedicated team of scientists struggle to keep the approaching glaciers at bay, a startling discovery is made deep beneath the ice… an alien warrior frozen for a millennia.

When the Doctor, Jamie and Victoria arrive, they soon discover Earth is under threat from the Ice Warriors – a fearsome warrior race intent on capturing the planet for themselves.

A classic Second Doctor adventure, The Ice Warriors has finally been completed with two beautifully animated episodes created by the Doctor Who restoration team.

This is due for release on August 26th at £20.99

Always good to see more Troughton releases. This is a great story and for that price I hope that there is a boat load of extras

Now and then, every once in a very long while, every day in a million days, when the wind stands fair and The Doctor comes to call, everybody lives.
