Mistakes & Inconsistencies

No real mistakes I noticed, though one or two places where scenes were slightly in the wrong place for dramatic effect - for instance, that speech where the Doctor's talking about how they're all gone was when the TARDIS was parked on Wimbledon Common, not in flight.  It didn't really matter, though.
