Now and then, every once in a very long while, every day in a million days, when the wind stands fair and The Doctor comes to call, everybody lives.

The Doctor's "six words" could only have hurt Harriet if her "right-hand man" started immediately repeating them to other people.  He didn't show any sign he was going to do that - he seemed more confused than anything.

When Jackie notices that the Sycorax are taking the TARDIS, the TARDIS is gone, then is back again, then goes again.

Bit of a petty one, but Rose' hair is a lot longer from the regeneration scene.

Do the Sycorax really have a handy "hit this button to make this very precise part of the spaceship open up" button for disposing of people? Pfft!

After Blake is killed they use the same charred remains as they did for Danny Llewellyn.
