Does anyone else watch this amazing comedy?
I had never really heard much about this show until my friends this year told me to watch it. After advising me to "get through Season 1" I was a bit put off until I realised S1 was only 6 episodes.
And I'm so glad I did! This show is just pure comedy gold, I absolutely love it! It took me about a week to watch all 5 seasons. I strongly recommend it to anyone looking for a new comedy.

I tried an episode or 2 because I'd heard it was really good, but I just couldn't get into it so I gave it up. I don't see what the fuss is about.

I think it's definitely helped by sticking with it and watching a lot in a row so you get used to the occasional recurring characters so you can remember and enjoy them, and get hooked on the running gags etc.
I don't know. I just think Amy Poehler is amazingly funny.

I've seen a couple of episodes here and there but I've not sat and watched it end to end. It's quite funny but not so funny that it's found a home amongst my must watches.

I love this. I'm way behind because I only found it a little while back, but I'm determined to do a marathon before long to get through it all.

A marathon viewing is the best way to watch it I think. For all of these sorts of shows, actually.
The jokes are still fresh, and it makes the less good eps not stand out as much.
I've often done this with shows, then come to it watching it weekly and find the show loses some charm.
But hopefully not for P&R. Will be interesting watching S6 weekly.
