It's not particularly popular, I don't think. It was amongst the bottom 20 ever when DWM did a poll of every story about 3 years ago.

I don't think that's very fair. It's not among the best but it's nowhere near that bad.

Well the AI isn't too bad for the era, so I don't think it was received that badly at the time. I think it just hasn't aged very well. It doesn't deserve to be so low on the DWM list though.

I wouldn't have thought it was that disliked, so that's surprising. I can probably think of 30 off the top of my head that I like less, taking both eras of the show into consideration.
