During this time, one of my Classics lectures at uni included an explanation of the myth of Osiris and co, which the lecturer pointed out was "currently appearing on Doctor Who".

No, that one passed me by completely.  Incidentally, having checked it out on IMDb, I see that film was the origin of the name Biggie Smalls.

I can't believe it was so long! That's nearly 15 years. They're never off the TV these days.
