I just can't fathom re-watching Fear Her or Love and Monsters.

Completely agree, although I personally add Sound of Drums/Last of the Timelords to that.

At the end of the day, love him or hate him, RTD brought Doctor Who back. Nobody can begrudge him that.
The guy is talented as hell, and I think his 11th Doctor story for SJA was wonderful.
Hope he does continue to be involved in some way, preferably writing the odd adventure here & there.
But for now I want his head in the game to bring us an awesome new series of Torchwood.
