It seems churlish to pick holes in anything so brilliant, but for what it's worth:

We never actually found out what happened with the negotiations between UNIT and the Zygons.

Totters Lane isn't actually next door to Coal Hill School - Ian and Barbara drove between them, as did the Doctor and Ace.

The TARDIS being picked up by crane was also pretty obviously a little toy TARDIS haha
