Another minisode(?) has appeared - on iTunes, but some helpful peeps have distributed it elsewhere - that probably fills the role that prequels to other episodes have. It's not in the same league of awesome as The Night of the Doctor, but it's still worth a look:

Yes, a nice little hint.  I know Arcadia was mentioned somewhere in connection with the Time War, but I can't remember the exact reference.

I think I read somewhere (in connection with this) that the Doctor mentions being at the fall of Arcadia in Doomsday.

Let me do some digging.

Yes, I believe it's when he's talking to the Cult of Skaro Daleks and they ask how he survived the Time War.  I thought it might be from Dalek, but I think you're right that it's Doomsday.
