I think Michael Fassbender would make a brilliant Master. He's making quite a name for himself in Hollywood at the moment so might see it as a step back, but I think he would do a great job.

He would be brilliant. Good idea. I like the idea of the guy who plays Malfoys dad doing it too. I can't remember his name though.
Going off the Sylvester McCoy idea from another thread, wouldn't it be cool if for the anniversary they had the Master regenerate into one of the Doctors old faces? Or is that just me?

That would be seriously twisted and brilliant  We know that it's possible to regenerate into someone else's form. Jason Isaacs played Malfoy Senior. |

I love that idea. But, and it's a big but, I could only buy it for the anniversary, where I am pretty happy to let anything go just for a bit of fanwnaky fun. If it was to happen (and I think McCoy would be brilliant), he would have to regenerate by the end of the story, or at least by his next appearance.
