I gave it a 4. Not a classic episode, perhaps, but I found it fun. I liked the way it showed the Doctor apparently callous, but really just trying to make impossible decisions.

I don't get it. This story made practically no sense at all! Capaldi was pretty good in this one, but otherwise it didn't impress me
