Loved it!  5 from me.  Didn't see Missy being the Master coming, though once she explained her name it was pretty obvious! 

I am very confused about the phone call in the beginning though.  What's with all the sticky notes?  They were all adventures she's had with the Doctor obviously, but one of them said "Courtney becomes president"!  And notes like "lying" and "just say it".  And the very weird conversation with Danny, and the weird noises coming out of the phone when Danny was hit (not of a skidding car or screams) but static??  Her line to Danny, "I love you, and you're the last person who's ever gonna hear me say that" (or something to that effect) was extremely odd.  Something very not right about that scene. 

Oh, one more thing - if the Doctor can open the TARDIS with a snap of his fingers, why did Clara think that destroying the keys would prevent him from getting in?
