A long-overdue release - it's the only complete regeneration story that hasn't appeared on DVD till now (and they've released Time and the Rani, for heavens sake). I'm a bit biased on this one, since I knew the actor who played the main villain, but it's a great story - perhaps not quite so good when it moves to Metabelis III, but overall great.

Those 2Entertain guys work wonders with some of the Coming Soon trailers.

This is a brilliant story and really went back to the 'epic' feel of Pertwee's first season. I shall purchase this immediately it comes out. Those special features look a bit tasty as well!
Adric's useless fact of the day: Kevin Lindsay (Cho-je) also played the Sontaran in The Time Warrior and The Sontaran Experiment

Being currently employed by Her Majesty to write my signature every fortnight, I'll need to wait till the price comes down a bit. I have it on video.

I'm loving the DVD of this. I used to own a grubby VHS copy that I recorded off UK Gold and too see it in all its glory (with the wonderful production notes a real treat).
It has a wonderfully epic feel to it and of course, the wonderful Lis Sladen as Sarah gives my viewing an extra poignancy.
