So now you know what the rules are you need to know what happens if you break one:

Initially a mod will address you in Navy Blue (this is the colour we are now using to differentiate our ordinary posts from our mod ones) type within the post - at this stage it will be a friendly piece of advice.

If you continue/ignore the advice a mod will send you a personal message explaining which rule(s) you have broken & issuing you with a warning. The mod will also alert all of the other mods that a warning has been issued.

If you still persist & it becomes clear that issuing warnings is doing no good a ban will be issued. If you receive a ban you will also be informed if this is a permanent ban or just a suspension for a specified period of time.

You do have the right of appeal if you think you have been unfairly dealt with. In this case please contact another mod or The Doc who will probably request to see any PMs you have sent or received - so make sure you save a copy of all your sent messages in your outbox as this doesn't happen automatically (these can be quoted & sent on)

Remember, we have to have all this in place for the worst case scenario, but we really hope it we don't have to use it all that often.
