This seems like a pretty good one. I'm sure it has one or two missing, but it certainly has most of them.
Personally I don't think they ever beat the original, although the Peter Davison version will always be a little special to me since it's the first one I remember. Still not too keen on the Matt Smith one, although it's grown on me a little since I first heard it.

The original 1963 followed by the Voyage of the Damned theme.
Sorry, did you say Voyage of the Damned? There's a reason they retuned that after just one episode you know; cos it was AWFUL. I always thought the theme as it was used in series 2 and 3 was pretty much perfect, and I love the new version too (although it was a bit of a culture shock at first), despite it being a shame we only got the middle eight once. I like the next time trailers with no music, maybe the end credits should take the sting straight into the middle eight if there's a trailer before them? Yes I liked it, but on reflection it may have been because I didn't like the episode and it stuck as the best thing about it!!! I'll stick with the original then

The Doctor: Do you know like we were saying, about the earth revolving? It's like when you're a kid, the first time they tell you that the world is turning and you just can't quite believe it 'cause everything looks like it's standing still. I can feel it.

The Tenth Doctor's is my favorite... no idea why, but I just absolutely love all the music from his episodes.

I don't think they've ever beaten the original music - that fizz at the beginning still has the power to make my hair stand up. For sequences, I love the original too, but I think the Pertwee and earlier Baker versions have more to them.
My least favourite music is definitely the movie - I find it ponderous and rather ordinary.
