Tenure: 2005-1010 Stories: 36 Episodes: 47 Companions: Rose, Mickey, Martha, Donna, Jack, Sarah JaneThis incarnation was boundlessly manic, charismatic and enthusiastic, often at inappropriate times, even when in danger. While previous incarnations intentionally flouted social conventions, the tenth incarnation was genuinely shocked when he was rude or uncouth. He frequently got into trouble because of his vast and loose sense of superiority. He regularly provided his name as a threat, which only rarely worked, despite his apparent expectations. This was mostly because so few species knew of his or the Time Lords' existence. It did work with the Vashta Nerada when they looked him up in the Library. The tenth incarnation retained and even exceeded his last incarnation's capacity for righteous anger, which was especially shown when Rose was threatened or at risk. When driven by anger or justice, he would act without hesitation to strike down those who opposed him, such as causing the downfall of Harriet Jones with six words for, as he saw it, mass murder. There was an undeniable shadow cast over the jollity of him at these times, and a ruthless, bordering on arrogant personality seemed to take over, one that was almost eerie to behold.

I still miss him. His regeneration was total fanw@nk & drawn out, but I wouldn't change a second of it.
Let's hope we get more Ten soon.

10 was wonderful - and at times I miss that doctor. But I make up for it by listening to Doctor Who audio books featuring the 10th Doctor and read by David Tennant

I liked 10 for his humour & his constant popular culture references. Oh & that Tux & converse look

10 wasn't my first doctor but he is the one that will probably remain closest to my heart. For many reasons. Not least that he was played by an actor who knew and loved the show every bit as much as the rest of us. His tenure was a rollercoaster ride and I loved every minute of it

Sarah Jane Smith: No.The universe has to move forward. Pain and loss, they define us as much as happiness or love. Whether it's a world, or a relationship. Everything has its time. And everything ends.
