I think the Ice Warriors would work perfectly well with the classic design, as the Sontarans did.  And Sutekh would still look great as he was (assuming he survived the Doctor's trap).

Of course, some aliens would need no change at all to their appearance - for instance, the Visians, the Refusians, the Spiridons etc
