Castiel is excellent - I think Misha is fantastic at doing the deadpan humour - some very funny moments with him in 6.10 (not saying anything as I think you're still catching up, BR, yeah?)

Who's still watching?

I guess this week set up the "Big Bad"((c) Joss Whedon) for the rest of the season?
Wonder if they will keep the Sam's tortured soul thing on the back burner or if that's it swept under the carpet.

Oh, and not enough Castiel!!

Episode 6:15 "The French Mistake".

Best episode ever?

"Jensen? Jared? What's with this place?"
"What, so you're Polish now?"
"Hola, Mishamigos"

Absolutely hilarious.

I started watching this this week. I don't know why I left it so long but I am really enjoying it so far. I just finished Bloody Mary last night and will try and squeeze a couple more episodes in later tonight if I have time.

It's one of the best shows on tv and I don't say that lightly.

I'm enjoying it on the whole. Lots of stories are borrowed from elsewhere and little has been done to make them original to this show, but it is written well and paced nicely so I can't complain too much. The guy who plays Dean is a bit wooden at times though. I'm happy to stick with it and see where it goes, but I have heard that after S5 it goes downhill fast. I'll see soon enough I guess

Hmmm....it certainly isn't as good as series 2, but for me that's their best season by a long way.
I think out of 126 episodes I honestly can't think of one I'd never re-watch.

Jensen can be a bit wooden at times in the early episodes, but once they hit their stride mid series, oh my.
And when you add Jeffrey Dean Morgan to the mix as John - that guy is a legend.

I reckon (BR may disagree) that s5 is maybe the weakest series - I was never keen on a lot of the angel stuff & really didn't like Kurt Fuller at all.

Castiel owns, that goes without saying.

I wasn't very happy with the series 6 finale though.
Seemed a bit patchwork.

People ranged from loving it to hating it. Was pretty polarizing, that was for damned sure. I loved it, but I'm concerned about the direction they're taking with Cas. Sad
